Would you like to finally get those Title Deeds back to the bank?
To get the Title Deeds to the bank asap :
- Get the files out today.
- Start to Dictate the Schedule of Title Deeds, Certificate of Title and Letter to the Bank.
- Send the Dictation to me. Dictate one file at a time as it will be easier for sending by email. I will type and return asap.
- Print the Letters and Schedules and attach to the Title Documents.
- Post and Done !
This will free up your own secretaries to do more urgent matters which need to be addressed by the end of the year.
