World Mental Health Day is more important than ever this year.
Mental Health impacts every single one of us, from low mood to serious depression.
We all need to mind each other and most importantly ourselves.
Do the small things to help you take the next right step.
You can start today.
- Get Dressed today.
- Go for a walk – 5 mins, 10 mins – whatever you can do!
- Drink a glass of water when you get back.
- Stretch those muscles.
- Lay down and take deep slow breaths, 5 breaths, 10 breaths or for as long as you can do it!
- Eat some fruit.
- Do something that makes you smile!
